Refund Policy
At The Venue Training Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training and a positive learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
Course Cancellations by the Academy:
If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by The Venue Training Academy, students will be offered an alternative date. If no suitable date is available, a full refund of the course fees will be issued.
Student Cancellations:
More than 14 days before the course start date: Students may cancel and receive a full refund.
7–14 days before the course start date: Students may cancel and receive 50% of the course fee.
Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refunds will be issued.
Transfers:
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another course date, subject to availability. Transfers must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original course date.
Payment Plans:
For courses booked with a payment plan, the full remaining balance must be paid before the course start date. Refunds will be calculated based on the total amount paid.
Non-Attendance:
Failure to attend a course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the course fee.
Special Circumstances:
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the academy. All requests must be submitted in writing to trainingacademy@thevenuesalon.co.uk.
